Numerical Control (N/C) Programmer

Flex Force is hiring N/C Programmer for our manufacturing client programming CNC-type machinery.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Follow safety and company policies
  • Follow procedures to produce quality product
  • Follow Supervisors and leads direction to meet department goals
  • Support quality policy

Tasks

1. Maintain Standard Inspection Criteria.
2. Quality performance record keeping.
3. Translate N/C data from the CAM stations.
4. Create N/C tooling files for production.
5. Assist Tooling Manager and Supervisor.
6. Have knowledge of the various areas in all tooling.
7. Area Non-Conformance Closed Loop Corrective Action.
8. Maintain a working knowledge of the N/C Programming work stations.
9. Maintain a working knowledge of all N/C Programming procedures.
10. Perform preventive maintenance on the computers.
11. Maintain Data Base management procedures.
12. Maintain/Develop internal Customer relations.
13. Perform various duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Math Background
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in related area.
  • Must be able to perform all tasks and responsibilities of N/C programming
